We had a blast exploring Lyon's Festival of Light, it was pure magic! The city was buzzing with cool events for us young party-goers. Plus, the hotel organized oenological and artistic events that made our trip even more awesome. It was just the right mix of fun and culture for us teenagers.
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more late-night party options. Don't get me wrong, the hotel had a great atmosphere, but us young night owls were craving some wild parties to really let loose.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels on special occasions. This hotel was extremly highly priced out of proportion for what was offered. Approximatly £150 for dinner without wine per person and £25 a glass of wine. The room although comfortable was not the room I had expected. This hotel should not have been on booking, com. This is not what is expected of a quality hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I absolutely adored the elegant and tasteful décor of the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and charming ambiance made me feel like I was staying in a grand palace. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing easy access for senior people like myself. It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were a bit overwhelmed and could use some additional support.

We visited in early December and were treated to breathtaking displays of lights and lanterns, creating a whimsical and enchanting atmosphere. It was a truly memorable experience for our entire family.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more activities specifically catered to children.

the staff were excellent and made us feel v at home. We arrived with a small baby and couldn't take advantage of their 2 star michelin restaurant. They offered a babysitter and then when we declined organised for us to have some of their amazing food from the restaurant as room service.
My only comment on breakfast is at 25 euros a head they should include some hot dish eg eggs, bacon etc everything was cold and we were their in Nov. However the croissants, pain au chocolate were home made and delicious

This hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city center. The rotonde restaurant serves delicious meals, while the Casino restaurant offers a lovely view. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is of good quality. Guests can also enjoy the luxurious room amenities, such as a hammam shower.

The hotel had a breathtaking view from the balcony, which was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The staff were welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was of superior quality, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Our reservation for the restaurant was lost, causing some inconvenience. However, the staff handled the situation well and accommodated us with a shorter menu, serving a delicious and satisfying dinner.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was truly remarkable. The exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and catered to all our needs. The service was excellent, and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The in-room breakfast was particularly delicious, and the bar/lounge area provided a great atmosphere for unwinding after a long day of exploring the local area. The private facilities in the room made our experience much more enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue to spend our vacation.
Although our stay was overwhelmingly positive, the only minor issue we encountered was the temperature of the swimming pool in the hotel's Spa & wellness centre. We found the water to be slightly colder than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptional, preparing a beautiful outdoor dinner for us when the restaurants were closed. The location was stunning, and the hotel had excellent transportation services to the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch with a fantastic spa and hammam shower.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony and clean bathroom. The location was quiet and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and willing to help guests with any concerns.
The breakfast was a disappointment with limited food options and slow service. The cost of the breakfast was not worth it.
